Owner and Coach at Destiny Strength


Katie Higham is a dedicated and passionate fitness coach and personal trainer. At the age of just 25, Katie has already achieved incredible success in the world of fitness through her dedication and commitment to her training.

Katie's journey in the fitness world started when she began weight training at 17 years old, as a pass time at college.

After a few months of weight training, she discovered her passion for powerlifting and started competing two years later. To this day, Katie competes at a national level. 


5+ years ago, she also started her journey at Nippon UK. Since then, she has achieved her purple belt in Jiu Jitsu and a green belt in Kickboxing at Shinpo martial arts. Around the same time, Katie decided to share her passions and got qualified, resulting in the creation of Destiny Strength Coaching.

As the owner of Destiny Strength Coaching, Katie is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. She specialises in hypertrophy, fat loss, strength development, and improving athletic performance.

Katie's coaching philosophy revolves around not only transforming bodies, but also empowering individuals mentally and emotionally. She believes that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about building confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset. With her dedicated support, motivation, and expert guidance, Katie helps her clients overcome obstacles and realise their true potential.

Currently, Katie offers 1-1 personal training and group training sessions at multiple locations, including Shinpo martial arts , SAS Gym Leyland, and through online coaching while also being affiliated with EPA (English Powerlifting Association). Her dynamic approach to fitness coaching is a testament to her success, and she has helped countless individuals realize their fitness goals and transform their lives.
