Sessions can be 1-2-1 or semi-private (2-1) that cater to gym goers, sports players and athletes by working closely to ensure you have everything necessary to reach YOUR goals.

Powerlifting Coaching
In-person sessions that help you develop technique (specific to your body type and levers) in all three lifts (back squat, bench press and deadlift) and coach you to keep your lifting and those numbers progressing. We will get you to the platform ready to display your true strength and hit those PBs.
£35 for 1-1 Personal Training for 1 hour.
